I have been a Controlled Step Orthotics (CSO) customer for many years. They have consistently provided a quality, hand-crafted, truly custom orthotics. Their pickup and delivery process is easy and turn-around is quick. Their order form allows me to get exactly what I need made for
each patient. Occasionally I need to consult with their CPed to get advice on an orthotic Rx and I get quick, personal service. I’ve never had a major custom fabrication problem and any minor issues I’ve had over the years have been addressed swiftly with a high level of customer service. I strive to use local businesses and American made products and CSO checks both boxes. Over the years, I have had a handful of extra-challenging patients, as far as deformity and biomechanics, and CSO has gone above and beyond to ensure the orthotics are made just right. I strongly believe that I get a fair price for the service and product I receive and CSO’s billing procedures have been seamless and secure.
